Ingredients

  • 2 Harry & David Royal Riviera Pears, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • zest and juice of one lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the pears, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro to combine
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
  4. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance
Makes: 1 bowl of salsa
