This Privacy Notice does not cover information you provide to our independently owned and operated franchised retail stores. This Privacy Notice also does not cover personal information that we collect about employees, job applicants, and contractors relative to their employment or engagement with us.

WHY WE GATHER INFORMATION
The Company and the Service gather information, including personal information, mainly to communicate with you and to process your orders or otherwise conduct business with you, but also to help improve our products and customer service, to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience, and to inform you, and your gift and message recipients, of special offers and discounts from the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM® family of brands, Company Affiliates (as that term is defined above and in our Terms of Use) and certain third parties.
