Shelly Jaronsky | Dessert, Seasonal |American

Step up your cheesecake game with this Blueberry Mousse Cheesecake topping! It's a simple and easy way to spice up your Harry & David cheesecake and add some fun, fruit flavors.

Did you know a Harry & David cheesecake also doubles as a delicious canvas for your favorite flavors? As delicious as it is on its own, you can always add a variety of toppings to add fun flavors to this delightful dessert! One of our favorite ways to do this is by making a blueberry mousse topping. Simply mix cream cheese and sugar with a homemade blueberry puree, and fold in whipped cream to make a light and fluffy spread. Layer it on top of the cheesecake and add some fresh blueberries to top it off. The delicious, fruity flavors will make your favorite cheesecake extra special!
