Ingredients
For dressing
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Southern Oregon honey
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 mint leaves
- Pinch salt and pepper
For salad
- 2 Harry and David apples (diced)
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup toasted Oregon hazelnuts (lightly crushed)
- 1/4 cup Oregon Cranberries
- 1 head of butter lettuce
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together
- Chill for at least 1 hour
- Prepare the ingredients for the salad
- Mix in dressing
- Garnish with butter lettuce and serve
