Cooking Instructions
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• GRILL: Lightly coat chicken with butter, margarine, or cooking oil. Broil or grill 5 inches from the heat source for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving to allow juices to redistribute.
• SAUTÉ: On medium heat, cook thawed breasts in a small amount of cooking oil for 10-12 minutes, turning once or twice, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving to allow juices to redistribute.
