COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Rainbow Carrots with Lemon Butter Sauce
• For best results, cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Remove plastic wrap and place tray on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Bake 45-55 minutes or until the carrots appear roasted and the sauce is bubbling.
• Let stand for 5 minutes, and stir before serving.

Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chops
• Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
• OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pork chops on a baking sheet or in an oven-proof pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. For extra-crisp bacon, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely.
• SKILLET: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the bacon is crisp. Cover loosely with foil and let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.

Apple Pie
• For best results, cook from frozen. Adjust the oven rack to the center position and preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove plastic wrap from pie and place on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe ceramic or glass pie dish for easier handling.
• Bake for 65-75 minutes or until crust is golden brown. If crust begins to darken too much, cover loosely with aluminum foil for the last 15 minutes.
• Let cool 4-6 hours to allow the filling to fully set.
• For best quality, enjoy within 3 days.

Twice-Baked Potatoes
• For best results, cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove all packaging, cover with aluminum foil, and place tray on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking uncovered for about 15 minutes more or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
