Impress everyone at the dinner table with this mouthwatering entrée, offered in partnership with Rastelli's. This chef-coveted Duroc ham comes from heritage hogs raised in eastern Pennsylvania without any antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Smoked for incredible savory flavor, we've also included a sweet honey glaze to add the finishing touch to this exceptional main course.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Boneless Ham
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Remove thawed ham from packaging and place on a rack in a large baking pan. Add about ¼-½" of water to the pan.
• Bake to an internal temperature of 120°F, approximately 12 minutes per pound.
• For the last 30 minutes, remove ham from oven carefully, rub with ham glaze, and garnish with cloves and pineapple slices. Continue baking for 30 more minutes.
Sweet Honey Glaze
• In a small sauce pan, combine the contents of the packets with 2 tablespoons of hot water.
• Heat on stovetop on low heat until thickened. Set aside.
• Coat ham during the last 30 minutes of cooking as directed above.
