Enjoy our exquisite Royal Riviera® Pears with two premium cheeses. Made by Rumiano, the oldest family-owned creamery in California, Dry Jack is a hard cheese aged for nine months or more in its century-old cellar. It has a medium to sharp nutty flavor and is finished with black pepper dust and cocoa powder. Wood River Creamery creates the Cheddar Gruyère in northwest Wisconsin with milk from their cooperative dairies. Aged to perfection, this unique combination is a creamy, semi-hard cheese.
