Made here in our own Southern Oregon bakery with just a few simple ingredients, this apple galette is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Also known as a rustic tart or open-faced artisan pie, this delicious galette is made with pastry dough to create a flaky crust, then filled with sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla for a dessert that is sure to delight.
Heating Instructions
• No baking required. Can be served chilled, at room temperature, or warm.
• To serve warm, preheat oven to 400°F.
• Cover thawed galette loosely with aluminum foil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Heat for 10 minutes or until warm to the touch.
