Description

Embodying the best of both cheddar and Jack cheeses, Rogue Creamery® TouVelle® cheese blends a creamy mildness with tang and nuttiness for a uniquely distinctive taste. This versatile cheese melts and browns beautifully, and it also pairs well with our very own Chardonnay. Aged in French oak, this medium-bodied dry white wine features honey and melon notes with a soft, clean finish.
