"Both the ham and the turkey are smoked and flavorful, and I've been using them for dinners, omelets, and sandwiches. The glaze that comes with them for use when heating the meat in the oven is spicy-sweet and makes a nice, crunchy sort of crust."

"This item was purchased for my mother's annual Christmas Eve party. All the family gets together for fun, laughs, music and sharing of gifts. The ham and turkey served as a centerpiece for all the homemade side dishes and desserts. The family all loved it and since I couldn't be there, I was most happy to share Harry and David with my family."

"This is a great way to introduce the turkey and ham products to your friends. You will want to try the whole turkey and hams. I have had the whole turkey and cannot believe how easy to prepare and it has more meat on it than any other turkey I have ever purchased. Real treat for cook and guests."

"I buy this for my own family as well as gift it to others. I just prepared both samplers in the oven and had some for dinner - tomorrow and the next day it will serve as great sandwich and salad meats. I also "gifted" this product to a business associate just getting out of the hospital. It's an easy to prepare meal for them. Very versatile product!"

"I purchased a Bershire Ham for Christmas Eve dinner and was very embarrassed! No one ate it, they left it on their plates. It was fatty and tough. I cooked it according to directions, exactly. Luckily I also made a prime rib. I threw most of it into the garbage. I would recommend that you have a backup meat. Not worth the money spent."

This is not the BerKshire ham! That was for sale in 2010 and not in 2011. You put a comment on the wrong item. I hope you called Harry and David because they would have made it right for you. They have a 100% satisfaction guarentee, just call Customer Service.

"I bought this planning on 5 adults and 2 kids. When I had 3 additional adults call and say they were coming over my wife became nervous. "will we have enough food?" It was perfect! All 8 adults and the kids ate, some seconds, and others 3 servings. I still had enough for a midnight snack too! As for the Quality, I will say I was nervous when I read other reviews after buying this sampler. As for my x-mas dinner, It was great! I cooked it (warmed it) as the instructions said to do and it tasted great! I glazed the ham and set out musterd. No one touched the mustered. The meat stood up on it's own and tasted great! Thanks H&D!"
