"I like it, but I wish it was better. It comes shrink-wrapped to a paper backing, which compresses this traditionally 'light' fare into a dense brick. Sometimes it comes with one or more burnt edges. And since it is so compressed, it would be better if it contained less honey -- the shrink-wrap squeezes out the honey into a 'trapped puddle' between the paper and bottom layers."

"My husband is of Greek origin, and this is "his" baklava. It is expensive, yes, but there is no comparison to stale and dry store-bought bakalva, and we've never found any other orderable baklava as delicious. This stuff is as good or better than I can make! Plus, there's that 100% guarantee, which we've only had to use once in many, many orders. Every year for my husband's birthday, this is what he wants! Opa!"

"... can be had, but at few places other than Harry & David. Theirs is a bit dense and the filo not as flaky as ideal, but it is very good, and their service and shipping courteous and prompt. H&D does what it says; you pay a premium for this, however, as the cost vs. size/weight of the baklava is quite high."
