"I sent the Northwest Gift Basket to my sister's new home and she called right away to say "it was almost too pretty to open". But, when they did she said it was wonderful, all her favorites- pears, apples, nuts, etc. in a really nice basket. Your customer service is also excellent. Thanks! "Everything arrived in perfect time - and in perfect condition. Harry and David fruit is always excellent quality, so I had no concerns about sending this... and, there is a towel and basket the recipient gets to keep, so they can remember your gernerosity well after the food is gone."

"We ordered this gift for my husband's boss & his wife who were treating us to a long weekend getaway in Colorado. Initially, I tried ordering from a local business but I became frustrated with their lack of service. This gift was too important to risk delivery of inferior products so I turned to Harry & David. I should have done that right away! When the associate at the hotel handed the box over, there were squeals of delight! They couldn't stop raving about the flavors of the fruit, cheese & crackers. "this seems to be a great gift for neighbors, friends or co-workers that you may not know a lot about their likes and dislikes, but need or want to send them something to thank them, or all types of occasions.
Its price makes it an afforable gift, and content makes it a gift that is very likely to be used, eaten and appreciated. "I HAVE GOTTEN THINGS FROM HARRY AND DAVID A NUMBER OF TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN SATISFIED. THE PEARS, THE CRACKERS, THE CHEESE, AND THE NUTS WERE OUTSTANDING. THE PEARS ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. HOWEVER, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE APPLES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR BASKET SIMPLY BECAUSE I WOULD LOOK FOR SOMETHING WITH ALL PEARS -- NO APPLES !"
