Perfect Size - Gift for one or two,November 14, 2009

"I gave this gift to my mother-in-law in Canada, who is 82 years old and she loved it and said it was the perfect size of items to last her through the holidays. I sent it early, two weeks before Christmas, so she could slowly enjoy all the goodies. She lives alone and she said she ate everything over a three week period."

"I have purchased this item for my father - once for Father's Day, and more recently for his birthday, this year and last. I live over 800 miles from him, so I never actually get to see the gift, but both he and my mother assure me that the quality is excellent, the packaging is excellent, and the fruit is fresh and delicious. My Mom gets the Moose Munch every time, and Dad shares the fruit with her. They love the whole thing!"

"This gift was almost exactly what I was looking for to send to my fiance's grandparents. They love fresh fruit, but cost and difficulty shopping mean that access is limited. They loved the fresh fruit and the treats. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the basket included a summer sausage or another meat item to round it out. Otherwise, great gift."

"I bought this gift for my parent's Christmas present. They always love the pears. I believe that this box had one of the best selections because they are not fans of smoked salmon and other items that are common in the other gifts. This one has fruit and cheese, which are healthy, but then a good selections of chocolates and cake."
