"I was giving this as a Christmas gift. Fortunately I had the gift sent to me. When I opened the box to examine the contents the pears were the absolutely worst I had ever seen. They were scarred and bruised and far from the premium fruit I was expecting. Fruit on the ground at the orchard was better! The only good thing about this experience was that H&D lived up to their guarantee and refunded my order."

"I received this as a Thank You Gift. I have never tasted such delicious pears, sweet and juicy. The whole family enjoyed them. My son claimed the apples and loved them. We shared the candy, although neither of us really wanted to share! :)
