The catch is regulated by the Alaska Department of Fisheries for catch practices and catch periods to minimize impacts on other species. These Alaskan salmon are certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council. They're seasoned with herbs and smoked over alder. A single fillet, ready to serve and savor.
