"Sent these to my Mom for her birthday. She said that although the cupcakes had a nice appearance, they were dry and stale. She contacted customer service on her own and they offered to replace or partially refund the purchase."

"I ordered these cupcakes as a gift for my Husband's 50th Birthday since I knew he was away on that day. They arrived exactly on his Birthdate, and he said they were the best cupcakes he had eaten in a long time.
Harry & David's gifts are great and delivery service is always on time, plus you can tract it which is an added feature to ordering.

"I could not figure out what to give my mother-in-law on her birthday so I went looking online. I have tried H&D before so I know they have quality products. I was a little nervous because my mother is a little picky, but she said she loved them! I plan on using this particular gift for all future out of state birthdays! Also, I loved that I was able to track the gift and was not charged add'l to get the within 3 days. I love H&D, they are my favorite sweet tooth satisfiers!"

"I sent these to my daughter for her birthday. It is just she , her hubby and a baby so I didn't think she'd want a big cake.
She said she and her husband both thought that they were delicious and she also said the frosting tasted home made. I always made home made frosting so this was so nice to hear.
I think it's a great item at a great price!"

"The cupcakes were pretty, but they were very dry. I only tried one, and my husband ate one, so this was a high price to pay for two cupcakes. I would not recommend this product."
