"I ordered this bouquet for a male becuase of the sharp colors and large size of the arrangement and this was not what he received. He received pink roses with a mix of daisies, all pink! There was only about a dozen and a half flowers all together, and looked rather sad in a large green vase. The arrangement was mediocure at best. I was pretty dissapointed so I called customer service and they were VERY professional and personable. They handled my complaint without issue and was able to immediately remedy the situation."

"I sent these flowers for my grandmother's 92nd Birthday. She was less than impressed with them, and that made me feel bad. The vase that was supposed to be included wasn't there. And the message I wrote, wasn't there either. She wasn't sure who the flowers were from. I guess the arrangement wasn't impressive either. Since I'm not there to see them, I'm wondering what was sent to her. I chose the flowers based on the pictures and they were lovely. I don't think I'll be sending flowers from Harry & David again. The Fruit Baskets seem to go over better."
