"I ordered these flowers as a birthday gift, choosing this bouquet specifically because lilies are my sister-in-law's favorite flower. The flowers arrived on 2/4/10. When I followed up with her today (2/17/10), she told me that the roses had been beautiful but unfortunately the lilies remained in bud stage & never opened. I'm a big fan of Harry & David, but this was my first floral order and I have to say it was a big disappointment compared to my usual excellent experiences with them."
