"Second time in one week I am disappointed with Harry and David.com . I order these flowers with the frosted vase for my Grandma's Birthday who lives far away from me. She received them today and said most of the flowers were wilting. The two stars are for she actually got the delivery. My last delivery to my other family member was four days late."
