"I was very disappointed in this item. By the the time it arrived to my door step. I had no ideal this was suppose to be a cake. It looked more like some kind of a trifle. H&D CSR made it right by issuing a credit. Item was currently out of stock. This was the 1st and last for that particular item."

"The cake is outstanding, howver it arrived upside down because no label was attached instructing the carrier to "keep this side up". It's an upside down tiramisu cake. naturally the beautiful decoration was smashed. CS replaced it."

"I've been a loyal customer of Harry and David for a long time, yet had not bought anything online until I bought this cake, I normally just buy gifts at the store in the mall of America. When the cake first arrived, the UPS deliverer left it upside down in front of our door. Though it really wasn't H&D's fault, they sent a new cake out and we received it in only a couple of days, and it was perfect! It was bigger than i thought it would be, and tasted like everything Tiramisu ought to! It tasted as if we had just picked it up from our local bakery, but it didn't last long, we practically ate the whole thing in two days. Anyone that enjoys Tiramisu would be remiss to not give H&D's cake a try!"
