"This was a gift for my grandmother on mother's day. The chocolates arrived melted. When she called Harry & David, they sent out a NEW basket no questions asked. She was very please and enjoyed the new basket tremendously. She said she was going to keep the "beautiful boxes" for some future gifts."

"My mother lives across the country and sending her a gift for her birthday or Mother's Day or any other holiday is sometimes risky. I never know how it will arrive.
I ordered the gift tower for her birthday and had it delivered on her big day. She called me in tears! She said it was absolutely beautiful - she was afraid to open it, so she took pictures of it so she could remember how gorgeous it looked. She saved it to open the next day after church and called me again to say how much she loved it.
Everything I have ever ordered or received as a gift or self-purchase has always arrived on time and in perfect condition. They always look exactly like the pictures! Thank you Harry and David!"

"This was the first time I have ever sent this type of gift and my mother in law was thrilled . She said the packaging was beautiful and the treats were delicious. The package was delivered just when I had requested and they kept me informed by e-mail of the delivery status. Great customer service. I will definitely be ordering more gift sets. And I truly love there Moose Munch coffee that is a wonderful treat every morning for myself."

"I sent this to my son as a surprise gift to arrive in the mail for his birthday ( Yes, a teen boy ) and he absolutely loved it! He was so excited about how wonderfully delicious each item was that he made sure Mom got a "Small" taste of each one. I never saw a boy so excited about food. I have to admit, and I am picky, everything in this gift was absolutely delicious! I had him "Hide" it from me because I knew if it was in sight I might just sample another bite! It is a keeper and there is plenty enough included to share."
