"Received ham two weeks before Thanksgiving, already thawed, and notice said thawed ham could only be stored in refrigerator for one week. Neither catalog or online website indicated ham would be shipped frozen with expectation of being thawed on arrival, though insert indicated this was normal. Description should indicate this situation. Now I have to decide whether to serve my guests a ham held too long in refrigerator or throw it out."

"Loved the ham. It was actually a little larger than I thought (I bought the smaller ham). It arrived cold and in a protected styrofoam container which assured me it had been propertly shipped all the way. Yummy!"

"I purchased this Brunch Buffet Ham for family members at Christmas time. The reviews from each recipient was so Superb that I decided to try one for myself. I have to agree with them it is one of the best Hams I have ever eaten. The recipients told me about the ease of how it came delivered with instructions for storage until use and how easy it was to prepare and how convenient it was to have it already pre-sliced. They talked about the delicious infused flavor of wood that must have been used during the smoking process bringing out the hams natural flavors. Having experienced this for myself, they were absolutely right. We loved it so much that we will definitely order it again!"
