"This is a great relish to keep on hand for quick entertaining or for a nice hostess gift.
You can pour the relish over a pork roast in a slow cooker and start a delicious dinner quickly in the morning before you leave for work. Cook on low and enjoy it when you get home. For larger roast use 2 jars. Delicious!"
