"What a genius combination, cherries and chocolate and the result combined with the cheese flavor is out of this world. My hat off to your wonderful chef who thought of this one, very unique, bursting with scrumptious flavor. The cheese cake itself, melts with smoothness in your mouth, combined with the perfect doneness and flakiness of the crust. This kind of cake I recommend to all my friends and acquaintances for their fanciest of parties or the most special of gifts as I used it, and as usual never disappointed in H&D !!!!!!!!"

"I have sent the Bing Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake three times already to two favorite aunts and my sister-in-law. My aunts said thank you for the gift, but my sister-in-law said the cheesecake was delivered warm and mushy. She didn't eat any of it. She did call up and they replaced it with a different item. I was happy about that. I will not send the cheesecake again."

"As always with Harry & David my Dads Day gift was well received. Dad loves chocolate and cheesecake as well! He was nice enough , however, to share some with my mom. Only thing wrong, which was a bit embarrassing was that there was some confusion as to the delivery date. I sent it for Father's Day and you sent it about 3 weeks early.
Big oops as I have a serious illness and my mom was worried that I sent it early because I was not going to be alive on Father's Day!"

"We sent this cheesecake to a friend in California who was celebrating a 95th birthday and loves sweets. She raved about how much she and her friends liked it. We were really pleased with the fact that it was delivered right when they said it would arrive!! This is a great thing to send when you can't be there yourself!"

"I bought this cheesecake for my daughter's 18th birthday. I couldn't eat any due to food allergies, but the rest of the family really enjoyed it. They thought it tasted more like raspberry, but it still went over well. I was a little disappointed in the appearance since a large section of the chocolate shavings either melted or was crushed into a solid flat lump during shipment. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the purchase. This is the second Harry and David cheesecake I've ordered for special family events, and both have been well received. I'm told they are very creamy and flavorful, more so than the typical restaurant (New York style) cheesecake."

"If you want to be a hero, give one (or two or more) of these cheesecakes as a gift. I sent two to my daughter's office in celebration of a milestone birthday she was having, and the entire office said, "Thank you, Mom!". In fact, my daughter who is not generally a greedy person, hid one of the two from her coworkers to share with a friend at a later date! I am popular beyond words!"
